Decking Joists are not designed for ground contact. Decking support posts should be used, at maximum every 1.2m along Joists with Joists 600mm apart.

These extra thick Decking Joists are perfect for Heavy Duty requirements like Hot Tubs, and should be spaced 450mm apart if used for this.

When installed properly, you will not get a sagging sub frame over time, like inferior ‘floating frame’ set ups
